Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo and video evidence. After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they have been dispatched and tracking has been provided.
